Lead, coach, and develop senior field leaders and clinic teams
Build and sustain strong talent pipelines and succession plans
Set area strategy and manage performance against key operational and financial metrics
Oversee financial outcomes, including budgeting and resource planning
Drive execution of operational priorities, patient care strategies, and new programs
Ensure clinics are appropriately staffed and supported to meet patient demand
Identify and execute opportunities to grow the business and improve market performance

15+ years of professional experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
5+ years leading leaders in a geographically diverse, multi-site environment
Proven success leading large-scale operations
Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams
Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to travel up to 75%, typically multiple days per week
Must reside within the coverage area, preferably in Texas or within 50 miles of a MinuteClinic location
