Role Overview
- Lead Vestiaire Collective's Brand Partnerships business
- Oversee daily management and performance of Brand Partnerships business
- Drive growth across existing portfolio of luxury brands and retailers
- Act as primary point of contact for strategic partners
- Monitor and optimize partner performance across metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams for successful delivery of initiatives
- Lead and support Business Development and Account Management team
- Represent the Brand Partnerships team internally and externally
Requirements
- 10+ years in Business Operations, Category Management, Strategy, Marketplace, Partnerships or Commercial roles
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent project and change management skills
- Highly analytical and data-driven
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools, experience with Tableau, SQL
- Strong commercial acumen
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Proven people leadership experience
- Fluent in English and additional European languages preferred
