Support Partners on complex, high value litigation in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session
Work independently on a diverse range of commercial litigation disputes
Work under the supervision and guidance of Partners to deliver high-quality legal services.
Ensure strict compliance with all court deadlines, procedural rules, and case management requirements.
Regularly appear and represent clients in Sheriff Courts across Scotland.
Effectively engage with and support national clients in relation to dispute resolution matters.
Prepare and manage case files, pleadings, and documentation in accordance with professional standards.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for efficient resolution of disputes.
Mentor trainee and junior level support

A minimum of 5 year PQE working within a litigious team
Experience and competence appearing in the Sheriff court
Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience and competence in a range of IT applications i.e. Microsoft Office, Aderant, iManage
