Digital Transformation Consultant

Role Overview

• Perform in-depth diagnostics using data, interviews, workshops and benchmarks.
• Facilitate co-creation workshops and challenge business stakeholders to build a coherent target vision.
• Develop transformation strategies and trajectories: scenarios, trade-offs, business cases, prioritization and roadmap.
• Implement digital transformation: information systems (IS), processes, organization and governance.
• Design and implement a change management strategy.
• Provide recommendations and act as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Requirements

• You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a top business school, engineering school, Sciences Po or equivalent.
• Strong interest in IT, innovation and especially AI.
• 3 years of consulting experience required.
• Excellent listening, analytical and synthesis skills.
• Intellectual rigour and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and adaptability skills.
• Reliable and a team player.
• Curious, with a desire to grow in varied and changing environments.
• Ability to work in both English and French.
