About this role
Role Overview
- Perform in-depth diagnostics using data, interviews, workshops and benchmarking.
- Facilitate co‑creation workshops and challenge business stakeholders to develop a coherent target vision.
- Develop transformation strategies and trajectories: scenarios, trade-offs, business cases, prioritization and roadmap.
- Implement digital transformation: IT systems, processes, organization and governance.
- Design and implement change management strategies.
- Produce recommendations and act as a trusted advisor to our clients.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a top business school, engineering school, Sciences Po or equivalent.
- Approximately 3 years of consulting experience required.
- Excellent listening, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Intellectual rigor and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
- Reliable and team-oriented.
- Curious and eager to grow in varied and changing environments.
- Ability to work in both English and French.
- Mobility: assignments may be based in France and internationally.
