Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end localization projects from intake through delivery
- Manage and optimize localization workflows within translation management systems (TMS)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders within assigned lines of business
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Drive process improvements to enhance scalability, efficiency, and consistency across localization operations
- Oversee quality assurance processes, including internal/external linguistic review workflows
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- Bachelor’s degree in Localization, Project Management, Communications, Linguistics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in localization, translation operations, or project management
- 2–4 years of experience managing end-to-end localization projects
- Experience working with translation management systems (TMS)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
