Role Overview
- Advise on and execute training that combines military doctrine with SitaWare
- Analyze, implement and evaluate (ADDIE) new training courses
- Develop and maintain Subject Training Plans (STP) for training catalogue
- Develop and execute collective training programmes including scenario creation
- Support exercise planning and provide guidance on C2 workflows
Requirements
- Military experience at tactical level
- Strong experience in exercise planning and training development
- A relevant bachelor’s degree as a minimum
- Experience with SitaWare or similar C2 tools
- Collaborative working style and clear communication across teams
- Comfortable developing training materials independently
