Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP), Walmart Connect, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Shop & TikTok Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max), Reddit Ads, Instacart Ads, and other retail media channels
Help drive growth and visibility across Faire and other marketplace platforms
Improve TACOS, ROAS, contribution margin, and overall profitability through keyword research, bid optimization, audience targeting, campaign restructuring, and continuous testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and promotional strategies
Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency targets, monitor inventory levels, and adjust advertising spend accordingly
Analyze customer acquisition costs (CAC), repeat purchase behavior, lifetime value (LTV), competitive activity, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities
Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards, report on channel performance, and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights
Collaborate closely with leadership, operations, and creative teams to coordinate product launches, improve product listings and conversion rates, and support marketplace expansion initiatives.
Requirements
3+ years managing performance marketing for eCommerce or CPG brands
Deep experience with Amazon PPC
Experience with Walmart Connect
Experience managing Meta Ads
Experience managing Google Ads and YouTube campaigns
