Partner liaison: You assist the founders with communication with cooperation partners and help build local networks.
Hands-on on site: You are willing to travel to expansion cities to personally support launches.

Organizational talent: You work in a highly structured way, stay focused even across multiple concurrent city launches, and enjoy coordinating processes.
Leadership potential: You are confident working with people and do not shy away from taking responsibility for teams.
Experience: You already bring relevant professional experience (e.g., event management, operations, or team leadership).
Flexibility & willingness to travel: You are mobile and willing to travel to our new cities for project days.
