Role Overview
Working towards overall goals of the team in achieving excellent customer service
Processing various pension administration tasks
Dealing with member queries via multiple communication channels
Complying with regulations and quality management systems
Undertaking relevant training and improving pensions and internal systems knowledge
Identifying and reporting risks, complaints, and breaches in a timely manner
Requirements
Proven experience in pension administration casework
Strong working knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes
Experience performing and verifying manual pension calculations
Experience using Microsoft Excel for data management and administrative tasks
Excellent numeracy and data-entry skills
Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Collaborative team player with coaching ability
