Lead the impact strategy function of the Enterprise Strategy department
Partner with executive and senior leadership to develop a comprehensive and holistic impact growth strategy
Work with multiple stakeholders to drive strategic discussions, analysis, and decisions
Design and implement impact initiatives
Develop impact growth strategy and organizational performance frameworks
Collaborate with strategic planning and ensure execution of strategies

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
10+ years of experience in nonprofit impact strategy, impact outcome measurement, and/or impact program development and design
10+ years of collaborative leadership including engagement of senior and executive leaders
Strong knowledge of American Cancer Society programs, strategies and organizational infrastructure or equivalent experience in complex environments
3+ years of direct experience in nonprofit impact program development and design, including outcome measurement and reporting
3+ years of experience serving as a key leader in enterprise impact strategy development
3+ years of experience designing and facilitating meetings of 3-200+ attendees
Non-profit strategy or management consulting experience preferred
