Support, configure, and continuously improve our CRM environment.
Responsible for day-to-day CRM administration, user support, data quality, training enablement, vendor coordination, and delivery of small to medium CRM enhancements.
Hands-on in Dynamics 365 Sales, understanding CRM process design, work directly with sales, IT, and external partners to improve system usability and adoption.
Requirements
4+ years of CRM administration within Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse.
Experience configuring CRM forms, fields, views, dashboards, business rules, calculated fields, and security settings.
Strong understanding of CRM data structures, record ownership, duplicate management, and data cleanup.
Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, Power Platform.
Experience with ERP/customer master data, quoting, CPQ and data integrations.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
