Recruitment support: Active participation in the recruiting process, from posting vacancies and communicating with applicants to coordinating interviews.
Application management: Maintaining the database, ensuring smooth processing and acting as a point of contact for applicant inquiries.
Onboarding process: Assisting with onboarding new team members, including preparing documentation and supporting their integration into the company.
Administrative tasks: General administrative support in the HR area, e.g., maintaining master data and preparing documents.
Project work: Participating in HR projects and taking on responsibilities independently depending on your interests and skills.
Requirements
Studies in Human Resources: Currently enrolled student in a degree program with a focus on Human Resources or a related field.
Strong communication skills: Very good written and spoken German and English and enjoyment in working with people.
Organizational talent: Structured and reliable working style, also when handling administrative tasks.
Initiative and team spirit: Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
