Role Overview
Support the execution of Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) research and development (R&D) programs
Work with customers and the warfighter operational community to define gaps, drive requirements, develop project task descriptions, specifications, integrated roadmaps and detailed schedules
Analyze contractor proposals as permitted by law and regulation
Develop, execute, monitor and report status on multiple assigned project task efforts, including analysis of test data
Support and coordinate technical reviews, data analysis and reports, and report team and contract execution/status
Support the development of acquisition and technical documentation
Analyze data to determine relevant trends and provide actionable information for the development of effective EW systems
Coordination of technical project status and task execution throughout the design, engineering, integration, test, and program execution process
Develop, assess, and recommend strategies for supporting and sustaining updated and modified technical projects
Travel required at 20-40%
Requirements
Master's of Business Administration
Bachelor’s degree in technical or engineering discipline from an accredited college or university
Fifteen (15) years of experience in transitioning technology and platforms from the acquisition community to the operational community
Advance skills in Program Management and Defense Acquisition
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong Organizational and Project Management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required, MS Project desired
Must have current Top Secret security clearance
