Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of related technical experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline
Demonstrated expertise in establishing, implementing, and managing integrated project controls systems
Proficiency with industry-standard project controls tools and software
Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, Alliance, and other alternative delivery models
Experience working within complex, multidisciplinary project environments
Positive, proactive, and dependable approach
Demonstrated team management and delegation skills
Demonstrated conflict resolution and stakeholder management capabilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle
