Manage and coordinate localization content workflows across multiple systems and sources
Load and maintain content in Crowdin
Ensure proper structuring, consistency, and readiness of content for localization
Route and send content from Crowdin to translation vendors
Monitor project status, timelines, and delivery quality across localization pipelines
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and localization teams

3–5+ years of experience in Localization Project Management or Localization Operations
Hands-on experience with localization workflows and CMS tools
Proven ability to manage structured content workflows and multi-source content ingestion
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent content streams
Experience working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment with overlapping time zones
