Serve as the primary point of contact for all people-related matters across India
Manage one direct report while serving as a mentor and resource across the broader HR team, supporting capability building and professional growth development
Build and drive a strong, performance-oriented culture within a high-growth environment
Partner closely with global Centers of Excellence (Talent Management, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition & Culture) to localize and implement global programs while maintaining consistency and scale
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders across the Gurugram and Hyderabad offices, aligning people strategy to business priorities
Leverage AI and emerging HR technologies to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and support more data-driven people outcomes
Lead employee relations, including complex case management and consistent application of policies and processes, while surfacing themes and insights to Talent Management
Partner with key stakeholders and Talent Acquisition to drive workforce planning, hiring strategy, and compensation alignment, supporting key hires and ensuring offers are competitive and aligned to market and business needs
Own benefits and leave administration, and partner with HR Operations to ensure payroll accuracy and timely execution
Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements, while managing audits and required reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
12+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility in India
Experience operating in a global organization, with exposure to international HR practices and cross-border stakeholder management
Exceptional communication skills, including strong verbal and written English, and demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
Strong judgment, problem-solving capability, and decision-making skills
Curiosity and practical experience leveraging AI and emerging HR technologies to improve efficiency and decision-making
