- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of medical equipment
- Installation, servicing, and maintenance of medical equipment across assigned accounts
- Providing technical and operational support to customers and channel partners
- Troubleshooting, repairs, and service documentation
- Promoting annual maintenance contracts
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (2
- 3 yrs) OR BE with 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of Basic Testing tools
- Knowledge of Basic Electronic Components
- Card or PCB Repairs
- Knowledge of Microsoft XL/Word
- Good communication skill
