- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of medical equipment
- Deliver high-quality service, technical support, and maintenance solutions
- Installation, servicing, and maintenance of medical equipment across assigned accounts
- Provide technical and operational support to customers and channel partners
- Troubleshooting, repairs, service documentation, and promoting annual maintenance contracts
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (2
- 3 yrs) OR BE with 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of Basic Testing tools
- Basic Electronic Components
- Card or PCB Repairs
- Knowledge of Microsoft XL/Word
- Good communication skill
- Problem solving Attitude
- Patience
- Good Customer management
