At least 10 years of experience specifically in municipal wastewater process engineering
Advanced knowledge of treatment technologies, including Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR), MBR systems, and approaches to odour management and control
Involvement and interest in emerging technologies in wastewater treatment and design
Experience with biosolids treatment and management strategies, resource recovery methods, and implementing water reuse systems
Expertise across the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualisation and feasibility studies to detailed design, construction oversight, and commissioning of wastewater treatment facilities
In-depth understanding of compliance requirements and industry standards governing wastewater treatment processes and re-use regulations
Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in using modelling software and analytical tools to drive effective solutions and optimise operational performance
Chartered Professional Chemical Engineer status is desirable or a commitment to attaining this recognition.
