About this role

Lead and manage multiple agile teams of skilled technology professionals responsible for developing and testing operating system content
Implement changes to patching infrastructure and creating new patching products and service offerings
Recognize team accomplishments and monitor system performance, successes, and challenges
Own and manage automation infrastructure vendor compliance
Oversee sourced server patching system operations to ensure external service providers meet all requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for service providers regarding server automation issues
Monitor and drive resolution of issues by coordinating appropriate handoffs to the correct teams

Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years of experience leading server technology, infrastructure and services projects
5+ years of experience with Operating Systems: Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux, and Oracle Enterprise Linux
5+ years of experience supporting and/or working on any cloud related technology or solution
5+ years of experience with presenting information to leaders and external customers
5+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
