Role Overview
- Overseeing operation and ensuring that trucks are accounted for at all times.
- Creating cases if trucks fail to arrive at scheduled appointment time and follow through until trucks depart.
- Communicating with the Ramp Agents in regards to all Inbound and Outbound Flights.
- Foreseeing and reporting any possible impacts to operation.
- Thoroughly trained in all aspects of the operation.
- Working diligently to seek information to ensure operation is running successfully.
Requirements
- 2 year’s experience in Data Entry
- Have ability to follow instructions
- Be willing to work and be trained in all aspects of the operation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Knowledgeable of Amazon Logistics System
- Display ability to work as a team
- Detail Oriented
- Must Be Flexible
- Exceptional Communication Skill
