Role Overview
- Controllers function as the central clearing house for all data and information for the local operation and the customer.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with warehouse operations, ramp operations, 3rd party trucking providers and the customer through phone calls and updates.
- Drive required communications regarding notice of flight/linehaul delays, operational escalations and consumable inventories.
Requirements
- HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
- Above average interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Must be able to work alone, and use independent judgement.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.
- Familiarity with personal computer software helpful.
