• Acts as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment
• Leads by example in upholding a service culture
• Participates in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process
• Collaborates with key partners to effectively execute shipment and omni fulfillment processes

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail leadership experience
• Experience being a team player
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
