Role Overview
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents
- Integrate multi-agent frameworks and ensure system performance
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams
- Drive automation workflows and APIs integration
- Develop KPIs and success metrics for team deliverables
- Evaluate new technologies to enhance automation and predictive insights
- Mentor junior engineers and promote responsible AI culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in AI, software, or data development
- Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks (e.g. Langchain)
- Vector databases (e.g. pinecone)
- Embedding models
- RAG architecture
- LLM principles
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
