About this role
Role Overview
Manage complex, high-impact supply escalations requiring cross-functional coordination
Drive resolution of supply constraints across suppliers, GSS, and internal teams
Deliver improved supply outcomes aligned to customer requirements
Support complex case management and escalation governance
Manage supplier performance against KPIs and contractual expectations
Lead supplier engagement at senior levels
Drive supply base optimization and long-term supply management
Influence supplier behavior and alignment to forecast and demand signals
Support supplier development and strategic initiatives
Define and manage supply assurance scorecards and metrics
Monitor and improve key KPIs including: Backorder performance, Lead time attainment, Turnaround time, Forecast accuracy, Pipeline risk
Consolidate performance reporting and generate executive summaries
Design and implement Supply Assurance governance frameworks
Identify process gaps and drive root cause corrective actions (RCCA)
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve performance and efficiency
Standardize processes and reporting across the organization
Use tools such as Power BI, Vista, and Jira to drive insights
Develop and leverage supply chain and performance models
Translate data into actionable supply strategies and improvement plans
Manage supplier scrap claims and monitor cost trends
Identify opportunities to reduce financial exposure
Align performance to financial targets
Engage with stakeholders across: Global Logistics Operations (GLO), Suppliers, Cross-functional supply chain teams
Influence decision-making at Director and VP level
Translate business priorities into supply chain actions
Drive process improvements through governance initiatives
Identify opportunities for AI and automation: Reporting automation, KPI dashboards, Exception management
Improve efficiency and scalability of operations
Requirements
6–10+ years in supply chain, logistics, or procurement
Experience managing complex supply disruptions or escalations
Global supplier relationships
Strong analytical and KPI reporting experience
Experience working in cross-functional global organizations.
Excellent understanding of global procurement processes, industry, and complex suppliers.
Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint) and supply chain modeling skills.
Strong knowledge, use and influence of procurement tools and applications.
Excellent communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
Strong Project Management Skills.
Excellent team leadership and influencing skills.
Mastery in English and local language.
Ability to create a contract from standard company or customized contract templates with limited supervision.
Applies cause and effect thinking to identify challenging contract risk areas.
Capable of drafting contract solutions in known contract risk areas to obtain acceptable outcomes with limited supervision.
Strong understanding of contracting principles.
Ability to close complex deals in a timely fashion.
Strong ability to develop suppliers strategically.
Strong understanding of the company.
