Customer Feedback and Data Insights: Connect with customers, gather valuable feedback, analyze data-driven insights, and make savvy decisions that fuel product development.
Conduct Product Demos and Foster Continuous Improvement: You'll conduct product demonstrations to highlight value differentiation and collect feedback, ensuring stakeholder alignment. Domain expertise: Someone who is an expert in Telco B2B enterprise customer/commercial order management and provisioning processes and have worked as a product owner, solution designer, analyst or SME in this domain.
Software package expertise: Someone with direct experience in using and/or designing and/or gathering requirements for Telco Customer Order Management software packages (Salesforce, Amdocs, Ericson, ServiceNow, Cloud Sense etc).
A curious mind: Someone who’s vibrantly curious, respectful of everyone’s unique talents, and adept at harnessing these strengths throughout the product development journey.
