About this role

Your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses with dedicated and personalized classes for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams.
Help deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and approach to client care.
Once you have demonstrated success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will progress into the next role, Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II.
Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.
