Oversee a portfolio of high-value personal lines clients
Deliver exceptional customer service
Proactively manage insurance needs
Service and grow Private Client book of business through policy reviews, renewals, handling inquiries
Coordinate with carriers to provide tailored insurance solutions
Maintain strong client relationships
Identify cross-selling and rounding opportunities
Ensure an outstanding client experience

Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service to maintain and grow strong client relationships
Knowledge of Personal Insurance products and to effectively manage diverse client requirements
Understanding of general Insurance principles and practices to guide clients through policy-related inquiries and decisions
Effective communication and problem-solving skills to provide high-quality service to clients
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
Insurance certification or licensing (e.g., Property & Casualty License) is a required
Previous experience in private client services or high-net-worth accounts is preferred
Proficient with Vertafore/AMS360
