Role Overview
- Oversee the overall direction, coordination, and delivery of resident care services within our community.
- Lead and support the clinical team, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.
- Foster meaningful employee and resident connections.
- Ensure right care, at the right price with the right staff.
- Perform admission and ongoing evaluations of residents every 6 months, upon return from Hospital or skilled environment, or change of condition.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registered within the State preferred.
- CDP required prior to or upon hire within 90 days.
- Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage revenue and financials successfully.
- Proven high performer.
- Ability to work successfully through complex issues; problem solve.
