Own and lead the design, development, deployment, and support of integrations connecting Impartner with core business systems
Design, implement, and maintain secure Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
Design and manage API-based integrations with various platforms like Salesforce, Docebo, and Bynder
Architect and maintain bidirectional synchronization patterns between Salesforce CRM and partner-facing systems
Design and implement data pipelines and reporting integrations supporting analytics platforms
Define and promote integration architecture patterns, middleware standards, API governance
Implement monitoring, alerting, retry mechanisms, and observability practices
Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and maintain high-quality architecture documentation

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
7+ years of dedicated experience in Backend, Integration, or Platform Engineering roles
Strong coding proficiency in one or more languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, or Go)
Deep expertise in REST APIs, web services, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
Strong working knowledge of identity and authentication protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC)
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes, data orchestration, and cloud-native integration services
Exceptional troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
