Support the delivery of IT and Business initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and diverse global technology teams.
Translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
Focus on understanding and articulating business objectives, defining high‑level requirements.
Support initiative prioritization and align stakeholder expectations.
Provide project management support to ensure solutions meet PPG's strategic goals and deliver on business requirements.

A degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent experience
2 years of experience in IT, business process engineering, digital initiatives implementation, project management, or related discipline experience
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Experience with ERP systems is good to have.
Knowledge of SAP system is beneficial
Analytical and problem-solving skillset
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing such as White Papers or training material
Proficient in Chinese and English language
