Establish best practices and governance frameworks for AI adoption, security, compliance, privacy, and ethical AI practices.
Define standards for model evaluation, model lifecycle management, prompt engineering, guardrails, hallucination mitigation, performance monitoring and observability.

15 + years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, and Data Science, with 5+ years leading large technical teams.
Strong architecture understanding and hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, LangChain , LangGraph , and Vector Databases.
Deep expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Statistical Modeling , and production AI systems.
Strong background in Distributed Systems, Microservices Architecture, and Cloud-native application development.
Extensive experience with AWS (mandatory), Python, Kubernetes, Data Pipelines, and MLOps .
Ability to influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Proven experience managing managers, senior engineers, and data scientists.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience driving organizational transformation through AI adoption.
