collaborate with cloud engineers, cybersecurity analysts, and program leadership to gather source content and ensure accuracy
support proposal development and contract deliverables by contributing to written sections and formatting artifacts
manage version control and document lifecycle across multiple workstreams
assist in the creation of visual aids, diagrams, and templates to enhance clarity and usability
seek continuous improvement and keep up with industry trends and best practices in information technology and technical writing
Requirements
Typically requires BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience
Interim Secret clearance required to start; Ability to obtain Secret clearance required to maintain employment
Proven experience supporting government programs, with a strong understanding of federal contracting environments
US citizenship required
5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably supporting federal or DoD programs
Proven ability to write and edit complex technical content for both technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with cloud technologies, cybersecurity principles, and enterprise IT environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, Adobe Acrobat)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
