Role Overview
- Work with the Program Manager (PM) to establish vision and direction
- Manage contractor personnel issues and performance
- Ensure compliance with contract terms
- Lead and direct a diverse team of cyber technical and PMO professionals
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Liaise with sub-contractor representatives
- Prepare budget estimates for additional services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant field
- 12-15 years prior relevant experience
- PMI PMP certification
- Strong experience with Service Now
- Demonstrated capabilities to analyze highly complex cybersecurity and network issues
- Experience mentoring staff
- US Citizenship is required.
- Five+ years experience managing medium/large projects/programs and leading highly technical teams
