Ensure operational excellence for all of our employees, both in-office and remote.
Configure, administer, and monitor the IT infrastructure to ensure the security, availability, and reliability of services.
Manage and secure the primarily macOS fleet via MDM (Kandji/Jamf): configuration profiles, software deployment, and update policies.
Manage the full lifecycle of equipment (procurement, configuration, deployment, decommissioning).
Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory (Asset Registry) for hardware, licenses, and IoT devices.
Monitor endpoint behavior and vulnerabilities using our EDR (SentinelOne).
Ensure adherence to patch cycles (OS and software) and generate compliance reports for audits.
Implement SSO integrations with SaaS platforms using Okta (or an equivalent tool).
Manage role-based access control (RBAC).

Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Operations or Support, ideally in a startup/scale-up.
Proven experience managing multi-site and international environments (office and remote).
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally on a daily basis with People, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.
macOS & MDM expertise: strong knowledge of the Apple ecosystem and MDM tools (Kandji/Jamf): profiles, policies, and scripting.
Scripting required: proficiency in Shell and/or Python for automation of administration and fleet management.
Cloud & IAM tools: regular administration of Google Workspace, management of SaaS tools, and IAM/SSO platforms (Okta or equivalent).
Networking & security: solid fundamentals in networking, security best practices, and vulnerability management workflows / EDR tools (SentinelOne preferred).
Analytical mindset and rigor to methodically diagnose complex issues.
Strong service orientation, high autonomy, attention to detail, and proactive communication.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
Fluent technical English required (international context, multi-country teams).
