Role Overview
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, maintains a consistent rhythm of 100+ cold calls per day.
- Identify and qualify leads within target sectors including Education, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Housing.
- Effectively communicate the value of professional and managed IT services (NaaS, SASE, MFA, and Network Audits).
- Secure introductory meetings and discovery calls for the senior sales team.
- Manage and update lead activity within the CRM to ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling (minimum 1 year) with a track record of handling objections and navigating gatekeepers.
- Native or near-native fluency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work strictly within the GMT timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK time).
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence.
- Previous experience selling SaaS, IT infrastructure, or technical professional services.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
- General understanding of networking and security products (e.g., Firewalls, Switching, Wireless).
