Regional Sales Manager – Acute Care

Role Overview

• Define and implement the regional sales strategy in line with national objectives.
• Drive sales action plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Support the team in developing sales and managing strategic accounts.
• Monitor performance indicators, analyze results and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Ensure the quality of sales data and reporting.
• Develop lasting customer relationships and strengthen the company’s reputation.
• Maintain a high level of product expertise within the team.
• Foster collaboration and synergies with other divisions.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop regional staff.
• Set individual and team objectives, monitor performance and conduct evaluations.
• Lead, motivate and support the team through regular field coaching.
• Ensure the effective organization of sales activities and the development of competencies.
• Provide regular analyses of regional performance to management.
• Prepare sales forecasts and monitor the business pipeline.
• Prepare and present periodic activity reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of proven sales experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing a sales team.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
