Provide assistance to members of the Compliance team to fulfil the group’s regulatory obligations.
Review, approve, and monitor marketing communication for compliance with regulations.
Perform reviews in accordance with the group compliance risk assessment and monitoring program to assess the group’s compliance with its legal and regulatory obligations.
Assist in the implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Program by carrying out compliance reviews and checks.
Work closely with other departments and local Compliance Officers to ensure continued compliance.
Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and changes across all operating or potential jurisdictions.
Ensure the group companies’ full compliance with all applicable regulations and local laws
Monitor sales calls for compliance with marketing regulations and prepare phone call inspection reports.
Assist the Compliance team with updating policies and procedures of the Company.
Assist the Compliance team in the preparation of reports aimed to be provided to the Board of Directors and the Senior Management.
Assist in maintaining the accuracy of compliance records, tests, training materials, logs, correspondence, reports, procedures, forms, policies, programs, and manuals.
Maintain comprehensive records of all compliance-related activities, decisions, and reports.
Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for audits or inspections.
Perform any other compliance-related tasks that may be assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
1+ years’ experience within the CFD/Forex industry working in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong multitasking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver within required timeframes.
Able to work on own initiative, independently, prioritize workload and pay attention to details.
