Group Compliance Officer

Role Overview

• Provide assistance to members of the Compliance team to fulfil the group’s regulatory obligations.
• Review, approve, and monitor marketing communication for compliance with regulations.
• Perform reviews in accordance with the group compliance risk assessment and monitoring program to assess the group’s compliance with its legal and regulatory obligations.
• Assist in the implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Program by carrying out compliance reviews and checks.
• Work closely with other departments and local Compliance Officers to ensure continued compliance.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and changes across all operating or potential jurisdictions.
• Ensure the group companies’ full compliance with all applicable regulations and local laws
• Monitor sales calls for compliance with marketing regulations and prepare phone call inspection reports.
• Assist the Compliance team with updating policies and procedures of the Company.
• Assist the Compliance team in the preparation of reports aimed to be provided to the Board of Directors and the Senior Management.
• Assist in maintaining the accuracy of compliance records, tests, training materials, logs, correspondence, reports, procedures, forms, policies, programs, and manuals.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all compliance-related activities, decisions, and reports.
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for audits or inspections.
• Perform any other compliance-related tasks that may be assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 1+ years’ experience within the CFD/Forex industry working in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong multitasking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver within required timeframes.
• Able to work on own initiative, independently, prioritize workload and pay attention to details.
