Support the day-to-day operations that keep the German business running.
Develop, test and validate different go-to-market approaches.
Support operational workstreams specific to the German market, including regulatory topics, partner coordination, and internal process building.
Research and map the German energy landscape: competitors, potential partners, industry associations, and relevant regulatory developments.
Prepare materials, briefings, and meeting notes for commercial conversations and partnership discussions.

Genuine interest in the energy transition and the German electricity market.
Bonus if you've already had some exposure (internship, coursework, working student role) to energy, utilities, or renewables.
A proactive, figure-it-out mindset.
Comfort with outreach.
Strong organizational skills.
Fluent German and strong English.
Important: You’re in your final bachelor year or a master’s student with at least one year left.

Compensation: We offer a compensation package with an above average hourly salary.
