About this role
Role Overview
Communicate with customers and help them resolve any issues they encounter while using our services
Provide support via phone, email, and chat during night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Gain a solid understanding of the fundamental building blocks behind internet-based projects and services
Requirements
An interest in internet technologies
Enjoyment of customer communication and problem-solving
Excellent Czech language skills, including grammar and written communication (native speaker level)
Ability to communicate in English (phone and email support for international customers)
Basic understanding of concepts such as upload/download, email clients, servers, and related technologies
Independence, responsibility, and a friendly attitude
Willingness and ability to work primarily night shifts (20:00–08:00), including weekends and public holidays
