About this role
Role Overview
Undertake routine processing, checking, maintenance, recording, and administrative duties
Maintaining details and inputting expense claims, invoices, payments, and entries onto specified systems
Review, challenge, and analyze transactional data for accuracy and compliance
Deliver excellent service and customer support in a high-volume finance team
Proactively challenge existing processes and contribute to automation
Requirements
Experience in financial transaction or payment processing within a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to produce high-quality, accurate work
Comfort working under pressure
Team-focused with understanding of risk, control, and compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to learn new systems quickly
