Vice President, Solution Designer

Role Overview

• Own the end-to-end high-level business design for projects, programmes or initiatives
• Engage with stakeholders as a single point of contact for design aspects
• Represent the design function at governance forums
• Work with enterprise architects to ensure standards and principles are adhered to
• Analyse requirements into coherent end-to-end designs
• Translate requirements into transition state designs and an executable roadmap
• Deliver cost-effective designs aligned with business or IT architecture
• Document relevant design according to standard methods

Requirements

• Background in solution design
• Experience of using industry standard models and tools
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate with teams
• Knowledge of the technical domain
• Broad understanding of financial services environment and regulatory frameworks
• Expert understanding of external influences and advances that impact design
