Partner with IT Leadership to attract, identify and hire top IT recruitment talent
Source through Workday, Phenom and LinkedIn Recruiter for open IT positions
Manage recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
Prescreen candidates to determine potential fit and educate about the company, role and team
Work as a strategic partner to IT leaders regarding job descriptions, interview process and offer details
Monitor and maintain data records and spreadsheets tracking open and filled roles

3+ years of experience recruiting technical positions (engineers, technical architects, application developers etc.) is a must
Experience running full recruitment processes including sourcing, prescreening, negotiating offers, onboarding etc.
Managing hiring manager requirements and relationships while also creating a positive candidate experience
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday, Phenom or similar
Organizational and time management skills along with a high attention to detail
