Lead Tecknuovo's cyber security strategy
Strengthen Tecknuovo's internal information and cyber security posture
Deliver security advisory and assurance services to public sector and regulated clients
Provide strategic oversight of Tecknuovo’s cyber and information security maturity
Ensure security governance, risk management, compliance obligations, and AI technologies governance are maintained
Act as the senior strategic security advisor to the executive board
Support Business Operations leadership in embedding security
Lead internal security reviews, penetration testing programmes, and incident response planning
Advise on AI governance and emerging technologies
Shape and deliver security-focused workstreams in wider transformation programmes
Produce market-facing thought leadership and strengthen Tecknuovo’s reputation

Experience in cyber and information security functions within large organizations or regulated sectors
Ownership of security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
Credibility to advise senior stakeholders, boards, and audit committees
Knowledge in ISMS ownership, ISO 27001, cyber strategy, incident response, cloud and network security, identity and access management, vulnerability management, and privacy considerations
Strong client-facing advisory experience
Comfortable operating at senior levels with CISOs, CIOs, security architects, and risk leaders
Ability to translate technical risk into business language and make pragmatic recommendations
Capability to mentor developing practitioners and shape strategic direction
