About this role
Role Overview
Identify and develop commercial opportunities for clients
Lead the day-to-day delivery of partnership activity across multiple clients
Coordinate internal teams, rights holders and third parties to keep timelines and deliverables on track
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on active campaigns
Produce and review high-quality decks, reports and proposals
Support on renewals and growth strategies in collaboration with senior colleagues
Maintain clear, consistent communication across stakeholders
Oversee junior team outputs and provide mentorship
Contribute to agency development offering ideas, insight and support across projects
Represent the agency at meetings and events when required.
Requirements
Proven experience in a client-facing role within sponsorship, partnerships or commercial sport
Strong understanding of the global sports landscape – ideally with exposure to cycling, sailing, Formula 1 or tennis – and well-versed in key trends, rights holders and industry dynamics
Commercially astute, with a good grasp of brand objectives, partnership valuations and negotiation skills
Experienced in developing and reviewing presentations, reports and client-facing materials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – clear and detail-oriented
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines under pressure
Comfortable managing and mentoring junior colleagues
Valid driving licence and passport
Fluent written and spoken English, with foreign languages a bonus
Willingness to travel (predominately to USA, Saudi Arabia and Italy) and work occasional evenings/weekends as required.
