Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework (business, application, data, and infrastructure domains)
Establish architecture standards, reference architecture, and governance processes
Lead architecture review boards and ensure compliance across initiatives
Develop and execute a multi-year technology strategy aligned to business goals
Partner with executive leadership (CIO, CTO, CISO, business leaders) to shape strategy
Evaluate and rationalize technology vendors and platforms
Build and lead a high-performing enterprise architecture team

12–15+ years in IT, with significant experience in enterprise architecture or technology strategy
Proven leadership experience managing senior architects or cross-functional teams
Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectures
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data architecture, and enterprise systems
Experience driving large-scale transformation initiatives
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
