Manager, HCC MT Execution Team

Role Overview

• Reports to: Director, Strategic Capabilities, MT ASPAC.
• Execute complex, high-risk approvals and due diligence assessments.
• Support process optimization and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Conduct risk-based monitoring reviews and identify compliance gaps.
• Develop compliance dashboards, metrics, and analytics for operational insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Compliance, or a related discipline; advanced degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, third-party risk, or other business related fields.
• Robust understanding anti-corruption, Health Care compliance, and third-party risk management frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead operational teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret risk factors and make well-reasoned decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple levels and countries.
• Fluency in English required.
