Oversee third-party and business partner due diligence processes, ensuring risk-based, timely, and consistent assessments.
Manage centralized process for HCC as per HCBI and regional requirements and standards approvals.
Lead the design and implementation of centralized monitoring programs to detect and prevent compliance risks.
Develop dashboards, metrics, and reports that provide actionable insights and highlight emerging risk trends.
Drive the use of compliance technology, analytics, and data tools to enhance oversight and predictive risk management.
Serve as a senior advisor on compliance risk matters to leadership across the region.
Collaborate with global and regional compliance leaders to ensure integration of compliance efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Compliance, or a related discipline; advanced degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Health Care Compliance, legal, risk management, audit, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Robust understanding of anti-corruption, Health Care Compliance, and third-party risk management frameworks.
Proven ability to lead operational teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret risk factors and make well-reasoned decisions.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple levels and countries.
Fluency in English required; additional European languages preferred.
