About this role
Role Overview
Serves as the supply chain lead for NPI and LCM projects, driving project plans, deliverables, and execution.
Provides operations input into product design to meet cost and margin targets.
Supports supplier selection, qualification, and collaboration on product and process decisions.
Facilitates commercial supply agreements and leads contract trade-off discussions.
Develops demand and capacity plans and supports manufacturing scale-up.
Contributes to make vs. buy decisions, site selection, and long-term supply strategies.
Ensures alignment across Make, Buy, and Plan functions through the project lifecycle.
Communicates updates, risks, and opportunities to management.
Requirements
BS in Engineering, Supply Chain, or other relevant field required.
5-8 years of professional experience in relevant fields required.
Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or project management.
Strong communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Preferred: Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Biologics industries.
Preferred: Experience leading cross-functional or NPI teams.
Preferred: Six Sigma, Process Excellence, or PMP certification.
Preferred: Knowledge of manufacturing operations and enterprise supply chains.
